Client Support Tech Tier II

This position is Tier 2 IT support for non-technical employees. In this position, you will provide a more advanced level of support than Tier 1 IT Support and will be responsible for training and teaching Tier 1. You will be responsible for the upkeep of active directory, DNS, and group policy.  Knowledge and experience with O365 and Azure active directory is a must. This position is also responsible for the upkeep and distribution of iPhones and iPads.  Knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint administration is a plus.

Social Media Engagement Coordinator

RFP: Pull-Tabs Dispensers and Related Services

Purpose - The Missouri Lottery (“Lottery”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to invite qualified offerors to submit proposals to provide the design, development, installation, implementation, operation, and maintenance of Pull-Tabs, dispensers, and related services, which includes, but is not limited to, a centralized system, a hot back-up system located off-site, software, and a telecommunications network that will connect each Pull-Tab location and all Pull-Tab dispensers and redemption units to the centralized system as described more fully in this RFP.

System Administration Technician

The position of System Administration Tech includes working closely with the System Administrator in keeping all systems updated with the latest hardware and software packages, revising documentation, installing computer and server systems, removing malware and other security threats, monitoring computer system backups, and preventing data corruption. Public Relations Coordinator (Responsible Gaming Program Manager)

We are seeking a conscientious public information coordinator to oversee the Missouri Lottery’s responsible gaming accreditation with the World Lottery Association. The position involves extensive writing, research and documentation to help the Lottery illustrate our commitment to responsible gaming (RG) measures and resources. This position will lead the organization’s RG committee, create annual responsible gaming action plans, track initiatives and provide guidance on problem gambling.

Information Technology Systems Manager

This position is responsible for the administration and support of various internal Lottery applications and software including VXRail, VEEAM, Sharepoint, Globalscape and O365. This position will research, plan and implement service upgrades and enhancements, monitor application functionality, and work to minimize disruptions. This position manages a helpdesk team with general knowledge of desktop hardware and software technology and provides support to end users.
