Client Support Tech Tier 1 (IT Help Desk)
This is an entry-level professional position in which the candidate will work as both an entry level help desk technician and as needed backup operator. Individual will help in assisting a lead technician to troubleshoot and resolve computer related issues. Individual will receive training and acquire experience in the field. Will be responsible to provide technical support for end users by troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
