This position is responsible for making sure the Lottery is complying with operational and financial regulations and ensuring that the organization is adhering to the Lottery’s Standard Operational procedures. The position is responsible for maintaining and executing an internal audit program. The Missouri Lottery Commission is seeking an individual who will be responsible for management of regional Lottery front office operations to include interaction with retailers and the public. This position will manage, plan, assign, delegate and coordinate activities of customer service representatives and the warehouse manager.
