There have now been three prizes of $1 million or more won in Greene County since April after a lucky Scratchers player claimed a $3 million top prize in the Missouri Lottery’s “Millionaire Bucks” game. The winning ticket was purchased at Conoco, 1687 S. State Highway N, in Springfield.
In May, a $1 million prize was won on a “Silver & Gold” ticket purchased in Republic, and in April a $1 million prize was won on a “$1,000,000 Cash Extravaganza” ticket purchased in Springfield.
“Millionaire Bucks” is a $30 Scratchers game that became available in April 2022. Since then, players have won more than $63 million of the game’s prizes. An additional $45.5 million in prizes has yet to be claimed, including another $3 million top prize and a $100,000 second prize.
The first $3 million top prize in the game was purchased at Valero, 6509 Raytown Road in Raytown, and was claimed on May 2, 2022.
