A Missouri Lottery player was watching a Club Keno drawing at Quick Shop, 1003 S. Hughes St. in Hamilton, when she realized her 7-Spot ticket matched seven of the 10 numbers drawn, plus the Bulls-Eye number. The result was a $63,909 prize.
“It was right at the end of the night. It was my last ticket,” the winner shared.
“My legs went all wobbly,” she added. “I about exploded.”
Club Keno is a fast-paced Draw Game with 20 numbers drawn every four minutes, in which players choose how many numbers or “Spots” they want to play. The game is available at social environment locations like restaurants, bars and fraternal organizations, and it can also be played at convenience stores, grocery stores and similar Missouri Lottery retail locations.
In the last fiscal year, players who purchased tickets in Caldwell County won more than $1.1 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Lottery retailers in the county received more than $113,000 in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $187,000 in appropriated Lottery proceeds – including more than $74,000 for programs in the Hamilton R-II School District.
