A lucky Missouri Lottery player already has plans for a $50,000 prize he won on a “Millionaire Riches” Scratchers ticket purchased at Murphy USA, 1431 S. Sam Houston Blvd., in Houston.

“I looked at my wife and said, ‘I think I just bought me a pickup truck!’” he exclaimed.

He shared the win had come after cashing in a small win on a different Scratchers ticket and then using the money to try “Millionaire Riches.”

“I don’t play the $50 games often, but one time was good enough!” he laughed.

So far, “Millionaire Riches” players have won over $49.6 million in prizes. Currently, there are more than $204.9 million in prizes unclaimed, including 12 top prizes of $1 million and 31 additional $50,000 prizes.

During FY26, players in Texas County won more than $6.3 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $417,800 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $626,500 in Lottery proceeds went to educational programs in the county.
