A Missouri Lottery player who won a $50,000 Scratchers prize has plans for his next vacation.

“We’re taking a trip!” he shared. “Four days in Vegas!”

His winning “$250 Million Extravaganza” Scratchers ticket was purchased at Casey’s, 21998 Highway 32, in Ste. Genevieve. It revealed a “Win All” symbol, resulting in the $50,000 prize.

It’s the second big win in Ste. Genevieve within the last month, following a $50,000 Powerball win from a ticket purchased at Midway Bar & Grill for the June 29 drawing.

To date, players of the “$250 Million Extravaganza” game have won more than $90.7 million in prizes. More than $176.4 million remains in unclaimed prizes, including two top prizes of $5 million and two prizes of $1 million.

In FY25, Ste. Genevieve County players won more than $2.2 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $215,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $650,000 in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
