A Missouri Lottery player in Audrain County claimed the first top prize on an “America 250” Scratchers ticket.

The winning ticket was purchased at Moser’s Foods, 1101 W. Monroe in Mexico, holding one of three top prizes offered in the “America 250” Scratchers game. Celebrating 250 years, this $10 game features top prizes of $250,000 and is loaded with $250 prizes. To date, players have won more than $8.4 million in prizes since the ticket was released in late May. Currently, two additional top prizes remain unclaimed.

In FY25, Audrain County players won more than $4.3 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $415,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $805,000 in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
