While gathering with friends at Fitters 5th Street Pub, 500 S. Ohio Ave. in Sedalia, a Missouri Lottery player was shocked when her husband pointed out she had won on her 8-Spot Club Keno® ticket.

“I was talking with some friends and my husband said, ‘Are you playing 7s? They just hit and the Bulls-Eye, too!’” the winner shared. “I couldn’t believe it. That’s $50,000!”

By adding the Bulls-Eye option to her 8-Spot ticket and matching the red Bulls-Eye number drawn, she increased her winnings from the $10,000 base prize (for matching eight numbers) all the way up to $50,000.

But the winning didn’t stop there. Players who play a 6-, 7-, or 8-Spot game also have a chance to win an additional Progressive jackpot prize when they win a top prize. The Progressive jackpot amount that night was $234, bringing her total win to $50,234.

During FY25 players in Pettis County won more than $8.1 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $787,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $7.3 million in Lottery proceeds went to educational programs in the county.
