Another Missouri Lottery Scratchers player in St. Charles County has become a millionaire. A “$5,000,000 Fortune” ticket worth $1 million was purchased at ZX, 1060 Bryan Road, in O’Fallon. The winner claimed their prize at the Lottery’s St. Louis regional office on Feb. 9.

Earlier this month, a $1 million prize was won on a “$1,000 Frenzy” Scratchers ticket sold in Wentzville.

In FY25, St. Charles County players won more than $72.5 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $6.1 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $13.7 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
