A lucky Missouri Lottery player uncovered a $50,000 prize on a “Millionaire Blowout” Scratchers ticket he purchased at Rocket Stop, 336 N.E. 69 Highway, in Claycomo.

The winner claimed the prize on Oct. 20 in the Lottery’s Kansas City regional office.

To date, “Millionaire Blowout” players have won over $239.6 million in prizes playing the $50 game. Over $107.9 million remain in unclaimed prizes, including a top prize of $5 million, seven $1 million prizes and 14 more $50,000 prizes.

Players can enter their eligible “Millionaire Blowout” tickets into their My Lottery® Players Club accounts for a chance to win $500 cash in the “Scratch Big, Win Big!” monthly drawings.

In FY23, players in Clay County won more than $27.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $3 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $12.6 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
