Aug 07, 2023

As lottery players across the nation look forward to tomorrow’s estimated $1.55 BILLION Mega Millions jackpot, Missouri Lottery winners are celebrating wins from the most recent drawing held on Friday night. The drawing produced a $1 million winner and two $10,000 winners in the state.

The $1 million ticket – one of nine overall second-tier winners drawn on Friday – was sold at Buck Stop, 93 E. Highway 7, in Clinton. The winning ticket matched all five white-ball numbers drawn to win the “Match 5” million-dollar prize with the winning number combination of 11, 30, 45, 52 and 56. The Mega Ball number drawn was 20.

Two additional Missouri Lottery players matched four of the five white-ball numbers, along with the Mega Ball, to win $10,000 prizes. Those winning tickets were sold at QuikTrip, 1923 Bowles Ave. in Fenton, and Circle K, 9931 Watson Road, in St. Louis.

Prizes of more than $600 may be claimed by appointment at any of the Missouri Lottery offices, which are located in Jefferson City, St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield. Draw Games winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. In the case of Friday night’s winners, they have until Jan. 31 to present their winning tickets.

The jackpot for Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing has been growing since the jackpot was last won on April 18. It only takes one ticket to win, and players are encouraged to play within their means.

Mega Millions can be played in 45 states, plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
