A Missouri Lottery player uncovered a $100,000 top prize on a “Joker’s Wild” Scratchers ticket purchased at QuikTrip, 11101 E. 40 Highway, in Independence. 

The winner claimed the prize in the Lottery’s Kansas City regional office.

“Joker’s Wild” is a $5 game that currently offers more than $11.8 unclaimed prizes, including three additional $100,000 top prizes and three $20,000 second prizes.

In FY22, players in Jackson County have won more than $103.1 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $9.3 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $50.2 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
