Jul 07, 2023

A Missouri Lottery player won a $50,000 prize in the June 10 Powerball drawing when his ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers drawn, as well as the Powerball number.

The ticket was purchased at A1 Wine & Spirit, 2190 First Capitol Drive in St. Charles, and the prize was then claimed at the Missouri Lottery’s St. Louis regional office. The winning numbers for the June 10 drawing were 21, 32, 42, 46 and 50 with a Powerball number of 4.

Powerball is a $2 per play multi-state Draw Game with drawings held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. All current and past winning numbers can be found at MOLottery.com. So far in 2023, 20 Powerball players in Missouri have matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball number drawn. Of those, 17 won $50,000 prizes, and because the other winners chose the Power Play option, two won $100,000 and one won a $150,000 prize.

In FY22, players in St. Charles County won more than $64.3 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $6.2 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $14 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
