A lucky Powerball player won a $50,000 prize after matching four of five white-ball numbers and the Powerball number in the Jan. 21 drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at New Mark Sun Fresh, 10225 North Oak Trafficway, in Kansas City.

The winning numbers drawn on Jan. 21 were 5, 14, 19, 46 and 64, and the Powerball number was 22.

In 2022, there were 60 Powerball tickets sold in Missouri to match four of five white-ball numbers in addition to the Powerball number. Including prizes that were increased by the Power Play add-on feature, these 60 tickets amounted for more than $3.2 million in prizes for Missouri Lottery players.

Powerball is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10 p.m. This Saturday’s Powerball jackpot is an estimated $73 million.
