A Missouri Lottery player in St. Charles County won a $50,000 prize on a Quick Pick ticket for the Feb. 1 Powerball drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Mart, 914 Bryan Road, in O’Fallon.

“I was pretty shocked,” the winner said. “I just about fell over!”

His ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers drawn, as well as the Powerball number. The winning numbers on Feb. 1 were 31, 43, 58, 59 and 66, with a Powerball number of 9.

“Honestly, I still don’t believe it,” he added.

Powerball is a $2 per play multi-state Draw Game with drawings held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. All current and past winning numbers can be found at MOLottery.com.

In FY22, players in St. Charles won more than $64.3 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $6.2 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $14 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
