$1 Million Winning Powerball Ticket Sold in St. Louis County

Jan 30, 2023

A new Missouri Lottery millionaire was made in St. Louis County Saturday night. A Powerball ticket sold at Alta Convenience, 859 Meramec Station Road in Valley Park, matched all five white-ball numbers drawn on Jan. 28 to win a $1 million prize. The winning numbers were 2, 18, 23, 27 and 47, with a Powerball number of 15.

A $50,000 prize from the same drawing was also won in neighboring St. Charles County. That winning ticket – which matched four of the five white-ball numbers drawn, plus the Powerball number – was sold at QuikTrip, 801 Belleau Creek Road, in O’Fallon.

Draw Games winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winners have until July 27. The Lottery advises the owners of these tickets to sign the back of them and keep them in a safe place until they are ready to claim their prize.

Prizes can be claimed by appointment at any of the Lottery’s four offices, which are located in St. Louis, Jefferson City, Springfield or Kansas City.
