Quick Pick Ticket Leads to $50,000 Powerball Prize

Dec 12, 2022

While getting fuel at Minit Mart, 4111 Blue Ridge Cutoff in Kansas City, a Missouri Lottery player purchased a Quick Pick Powerball ticket that matched four of the five white-ball numbers, as well as the Powerball number, drawn in the Nov. 19 drawing.

The player recalled taking the ticket to a Missouri Lottery retailer to check it. After scanning the ticket, she quickly realized she was a $50,000 winner.

“You could have knocked me over with a feather,” the winner said.

When asked about her plans for her winnings, she shared she would like to use the money toward home improvement projects.

The winning numbers on Nov. 19 were 7, 28, 62, 63, 64 and the Powerball number was 10.

Powerball is a $2 per play multi-state Draw Game with drawings held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. All current and past winning numbers can be found at MOLottery.com.
