A Missouri Lottery player scratched their way to a top prize of $50,000 on a “Bonus Word Crossword” Scratchers ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at Corner Stone Station, 1000 S. Main St., in Southwest City.

"Bonus Word Crossword" is a $3 game that began March 22 with five top prizes of $50,000 as yet unclaimed.

In the last fiscal year, players who purchased tickets in McDonald County won more than $4.4 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers in the county received more than $436,000 in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $409,000 in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
