A lucky Missouri Lottery player in Essex purchased a “Hot 7s” Scratchers ticket that held one of the game’s $77,777 prizes.

The winning ticket was purchased at Munch N’ Pump Liquor, 303 Highway 114, in Essex. The same retailer sold a jackpot-winning Show Me Cash ticket worth $300,000 in December 2021.

In the FY22, players who purchased tickets in Stoddard County won more than $6.3 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers in the county received more than $559,000 in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $340,000 in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
