Selective Service Registration Requirement

Anyone who is required to register under the United States Military Selective Service Act must show proof of registration prior to being offered employment with the State of Missouri. (Authority: Section 105.1213, RSMo.)

State Taxes Requirement

State law requires all employees to pay their state taxes in a timely manner as a condition of employment. Each year the Department of Revenue will determine if any state employees are delinquent in paying their state taxes for the prior tax year. Employees who are delinquent will be notified and given sufficient time to resolve their state tax liability. Employees who fail to meet this requirement will be terminated. The Chief Sales Officer provides leadership and strategic direction to the overall sales program along with management and oversight of the entire Division of Sales and all sales-related activities in support of growing sales and profits.  This position plays a major role in identifying, leading, designing and implementing appropriate sales strategies and takes initiative to develop and mentor key sales team members to ensure constant professional growth and execution.

Customer Service Manager - St. Louis

This position will manage, plan, assign, delegate and coordinate activities of customer service representatives and the warehouse manager.  In addition, this individual will assist with ticket sales, redemptions, validations, prize payments, customer service issues, and provide training on Lottery procedures, policies, products, and operations of all office equipment. Responsible for assisting staff in check writing, ticket orders, prize receipts, reconciliation of daily cash statements and cash drawer. Ability to supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate staff and plan and organize their work.
