A public safety officer for Lincoln University can fix up her new home after uncovering $30,000 in the Missouri Lottery’s "Casino Nights" Scratchers game on March 20. Shayna Knatcal, 23, said she bought only one $10 instant ticket at Schulte’s Fresh Foods, 1904 Southwest Blvd. in Jefferson City. To her surprise, the ticket was worth $30,000. "I’ll probably save most of it," she said. "I may do some remodeling. I just bought a house in January."
Knatcal said she plans to buy a central air conditioning unit for her new home.
The Missouri Lottery’s $10 "Casino Nights" game officially started Jan. 11.
