TWO FRIENDS SHARE $30,000 CLUB KENO PRIZE

Story Photo Two friends from the Nevada area are sharing a $30,000 Club Keno prize after playing numbers with "3s" on Jan. 30.   Carlis "Keith" Proctor of Nevada and Sandra Harms of Schell City stopped at AmVets Post 131 in Nevada and decided to use denominations of three to play Club Keno.  They spent $3 on an 8-spot game for three games using the numbers 3, 13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63 and 73.  When the last number drawn was 73, the friends knew they had a $30,000 prize.

Proctor said he plans to use his share of the winnings to pay bills and pay off a new horse he had recently bought.   Harms said she plans to use some of her winnings to buy a motor for her husband’s truck.

Club Keno began on May 28.  Players can win from $1 to $100,000 per $1 ticket per drawing.   For more information on the game, go to www.molottery.com.
