JEFFERSON CITY WOMAN WINS $2,400
A Jefferson City babysitter is $2,400 richer after playing the Missouri Lottery’s “Solid Gold” Scratchers game. Judy Mitchell, 43, purchased her winning ticket Jan. 28 at Break Time, 3000 W. Truman Blvd. in Jefferson City.Mitchell, who cares for children in her home, said she plans to use her winnings to buy a car.
“Solid Gold,” a $2 Scratchers game, officially went on sale Sept. 14.
