Ste. Genevieve Store Sells $55,558 Ticket to Perryville Woman

Story Photo

Many Missouri Lottery Scratchers players prefer bingo- and crossword-inspired tickets because they take a little longer to play. Candace Drum of Perryville is one such crossword Scratchers player who uncovered a $55,558 top prize on a “Bingo Night” Scratchers ticket. Drum, 52, matched all numbers to uncover an “X” on the game’s sixth board, to win the game’s top prize.
The Perryville resident purchased her winning ticket from Southbound Fuel, 18200 Highway 32, in Ste. Genevieve.
A $3 Scratchers ticket, “Bingo Night” was introduced on May 23 and currently offers more than $5.3 million in remaining prizes. Additional winner stories can be found here at MOLottery.com.
