Froge's Bar and Grill Sells Winning Ticket Worth $36,077

Players of the Missouri Lottery’s Club Keno game often keep a keen eye on game monitors to watch as 20 numbers are randomly drawn every four minutes. It happens every day at Froge’s Bar and Grill in Portage Des Sioux, which recently served as the setting for a $36,077 Club Keno win. Customer Thomas Schomaker, also of Portage Des Sioux, matched eight numbers drawn on an 8-spot ticket he bought there on Sept. 24.

Club Keno players can choose from a variety of play methods by selecting how many “spots,” or numbers, they wish to play. Schomaker used Quick Pick to allow the computer to generate the numbers played on his 8-spot game, successfully matching eight of the 20 numbers drawn.

Because of a free bonus feature offered only with 6-, 7- and 8-spot games, players who match all the numbers on their ticket also win an added rolling jackpot prize. In this case, it automatically turned Schomaker’s $10,000 win into a $36,077 payout.

While traditional Club Keno is available at social environments like restaurants, bars and fraternal organizations, the game is also offered at convenience stores, grocery stores and similar locations. Further details about all the ways to play Keno can be found on the Club Keno page at MOlottery.com.
