It’s hard to make home repairs when you live on a fixed income. Luckily, one St. Louis woman has a $100,000 Missouri Lottery prize to save the day. Helen Cavic won $100,000 on a “Millionaire Riches” Scratchers ticket she bought at Schnucks Market, 5434 Southfield Center, in St. Louis. She claimed her prize at the St. Louis Lottery office on July 18.

Plans for the windfall include taking care of those home projects that fell through the cracks.
