FULTON MAN WINS $1,500 PLAYING CLUB KENO

Story Photo A retired Fulton man can pay off a few bills after winning $1,500 playing Club Keno at the Post Office Bar & Grill, 100 W. Fifth St., on Labor Day. Ernest "Ernie" Overstreet, 64, said he played a 10-spot game to win $1,500. He selected his lucky numbers using family birthdays, anniversaries and favorite numbers.

"I had just bought my ticket when the first drawing came on the screen," he said. "It was the first game, and those numbers just popped up on the screen. I couldn’t believe it."

Overstreet said that he owns several apartments, so his winnings are going to help pay off the bank.

Club Keno began on May 28. Players can win from $1 to $100,000 per $1 ticket per drawing.
