SHELL KNOB REAL ESTATE BROKER CLAIMS $100,000

Story Photo A real estate broker from Shell Knob is now looking for property to buy for himself after winning $100,000 in the Aug. 21 Powerball drawing. Michael McCullough, 30, said he ate at the restaurant in Pierson’s Package Store in Eagle Rock on Aug. 21, and while there, he bought $5 worth of Powerball tickets. The next day, he found out that one of his plays matched all five white-ball numbers to win $100,000. McCullough let the computer select the winning combination of numbers. They were: 1, 6, 43, 47 and 48. To date, 605 Powerball tickets sold in Missouri have matched all five white-ball numbers drawn to win the $100,000 prize.
