A man from Rosebud claimed the $2.8 million Missouri Lottery Lotto jackpot from April 30. Frank Carbaugh, 45, bought the winning ticket at The Liquor Cabinet, 222 Immanuel Ave., in New Haven. Carbaugh said he carried the ticket in his wallet for nearly two weeks before he realized he was the winner.

Carbaugh chose to take his winnings in a lump sum of $1.4 million. He used Quick Pick to pick the winning numbers, which were:  5, 11, 19, 24, 32 and 37.

The Liquor Cabinet received a $5,000 bonus for selling a winning Lotto jackpot ticket.

Lotto is the Missouri Lottery’s longest running Draw Game. For $1, players get two chances to win in drawings every Wednesday and Saturday. Lotto jackpots start at $1 million and grow until someone wins. Carbaugh is the 236th player to win a Missouri Lottery Lotto jackpot since the game began in 1986.
