The small town of Noel can now boast another big Missouri Lottery winner. Coming on the heels of last summer’s $25 million Mega Millions win, a Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold there for the May 14 drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at BJ’s Mini Mart, 607 N. Cliffside Drive in Noel, with the lucky number combination of 13, 27, 47, 64 and 65.

The win marks the 40th time a Missouri Lottery Powerball player has won a $1 million Match 5 prize.

“If you’re holding this winning ticket, please sign the back of it immediately,” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director for the Missouri Lottery. “Then keep it in a safe place until you are ready to claim your prize at one of our Lottery offices.”

Draw Game winners, including those who play Powerball, have exactly 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winner has until Nov. 10. Prizes can be claimed at any of the Lottery’s four offices, which are located in Springfield, Jefferson City, St. Louis, and Kansas City.

This Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot is estimated at $60 million.
