Marshall Man Uncovers $100,000 Prize

A 28-year-old Marshall man recently brought home the bacon after he uncovered a $100,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Makin’ Bacon” Scratchers ticket. Chris Jacobs claimed his prize at the Lottery’s Independence office on Jan. 20.

Jacobs purchased his winning ticket at Break Time, 1000 W. College, in Marshall.

Makin’ Bacon” is a $5 Scratchers ticket that officially went on sale Dec. 29. More than $5.1 million in prizes, including two $100,000 prizes, remain in the game.
