A Hartville man has located a $1 million prize on one of the longest-running Missouri Lottery Scratchers games. “$5,000,000 Cash Extravaganza” debuted in 2010 and still offers two top prizes of $5 million. Jeffrey Hensley, 51, bought his winning $1 million ticket at White Oak Station, 1225 Ridgedale Road, in Ridgedale.
