The winning $70 million Powerball ticket from the Fourth of July drawing was sold at Gas Mart, 6901 Hampton Ave., in St. Louis.

“This location will receive a $50,000 bonus for selling the jackpot ticket,” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director of the Missouri Lottery.
Reardon said, to date, no one has presented a claim for the state’s ninth-largest prize.

“The best thing the winner can do is get professional tax and legal advice before they claim the prize,” Reardon added. “Once they’ve made a decision on the best way for them to claim, they should take the signed ticket to our headquarters in Jefferson City.”

Reardon said this winner has until Dec. 31 to claim the prize.

The winning numbers from the drawing were:  3, 6, 14, 18, 24 and the Powerball number was 21.
