Eminence Resident Wins Top Prize

An Eminence man’s night took an exciting turn after leaving work, thanks to the Missouri Lottery. Kevin Kerley, 26, left work for the day on June 17 with plans to head to the store for some milk. On his way out, his boss asked him what he was doing that night.

“Oh, not much of anything,” responded Kerley, who works on a towboat on the Illinois River.
Kerley’s night quickly changed after making an impulse decision to purchase a “Quick $100s” Scratchers ticket from Town and Country, 335 Trimmer Lane in Ellington, and uncovering a $30,000 top prize.
Kerley redeemed his ticket at Lottery Headquarters on June 19. He didn’t have any immediate plans for the prize money.
“It’s probably going to sit in the bank for a bit before I do anything with it,” he said.
Quick $100s” is a $2 Scratchers ticket loaded with thousands of $100 prizes. The game, which was introduced on May 18, currently has more than $10 million in prizes remaining. Find all remaining Scratchers prize amounts here at MOLottery.com.
