Independence Retail Location Sells $100,000 Lottery Ticket

A Kansas City man has claimed the first $100,000 second-tier prize in a new Missouri Lottery Scratchers game. Bobby Otts claimed his six-figure prize on a “Millionaire Riches” Scratchers ticket on April 13, after purchasing the ticket at 7-Eleven, 12333 E. U.S. Highway 40, in Independence.
Millionaire Riches” is a new $10 Scratchers game that was introduced on April 6. Otts was the first Missouri Lottery player to claim the second-tier prize, with 15 others remaining. The Scratchers game offers more than $37 million in remaining prizes, including three $1 million top prizes.
