Someone in Neosho had a very profitable weekend. A Missouri Lottery player who bought a Powerball ticket at Kum & Go, 16140 Highway 59, won a $1 million prize after matching all five white-ball numbers drawn in Saturday’s drawing. The win marks the fifth time so far in 2015 that a Missouri player has won the $1 million Match 5 prize. The winning number combination for the April 11 drawing was 1, 12, 32, 42 and 58.

“If you’re holding this lucky ticket, please sign the back of it immediately,” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director for the Missouri Lottery. “Then keep it in a safe place until you are ready to claim your prize at one of our Lottery offices.”

Reardon also noted that all players should check their tickets closely.

“There are nine ways to win a Powerball prize, so even if you didn’t win a million dollars this weekend, your ticket could still be a winner,” she said.

Draw Game winners, including those who play Powerball, have exactly 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winners have until Oct. 8. Prizes can be claimed at any of the Lottery’s four offices, which are located in Springfield, Kansas City, Jefferson City and St. Louis.

This Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot is estimated at $40 million.
