For the second Monday in a row, a Missouri Lottery player has won a life-changing prize playing the new Lucky for Life™ Draw Game.  Lottery records show a ticket sold at JMK Mobil, 707 N. Kingshighway Blvd. in St. Louis, matched all five white-ball numbers drawn last night to win the game’s second-tier prize:  $25,000 a year for life!

“Who wouldn’t want to win $25,000 a year for life?” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director of the Missouri Lottery. “We’re very excited that another Missouri player is taking home a ‘for life’ prize in this game.”

The winning number combination from last night’s drawing was:  4, 17, 37, 39 and 40. Lottery officials urge the ticket holder to sign the back of the ticket right away and keep it in a safe place until it can be redeemed at a Lottery office.

Lucky for Life is a new $2 Draw Game, which started on Jan. 27. The multi-state game is sold in 15 states:  Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Carolina and Vermont. Drawings are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 9:38 p.m.

To play, players select five numbers from 1 to 48, and then choose one “Lucky Ball” number between 1 and 18. They may also select Quick Pick to have the terminal pick the numbers for them. Players can win 10 prizes ranging from $3 to $1,000 a day for life.

Players have exactly 180 days from the drawing to claim a Lucky for Life prize, which in this case would be Sept. 19.
