More than $3.6 million in prizes were won in Missouri with the Powerball drawing on Wednesday, Feb. 11, including 10 third-tier prizes worth $10,000. One of the $10,000 winners, Jesse Hollandworth of Linn, is thanking the clerks at Break Time, 1300 E. Main St., in Linn for his $10,000 win. Hollandworth used Quick Pick to correctly match four white balls and the Powerball to win his prize. The winning numbers for the Feb. 11 drawing were:  11, 13, 25, 39 and 54 with a Powerball number of 19 and a Power Play number of 3.

While claiming his prize at Lottery Headquarters on Feb. 13, Hollandworth, 37, said he was buying gas when the retail clerk reminded him of the historic Powerball jackpot.

“I was paying for my gas when they asked me if I would like to buy a Powerball ticket for the drawing that night,” began Hollandworth. “I had nearly forgotten about it.”

The Linn resident was at the same retail location when he realized he would be adding $10,000 to his bank account. As far as spending the money, Hollandworth said he would pay off bills and use the rest as a nest egg for financial security.

Powerball is a $2 per play multi-state Draw Game that features jackpots starting at $40 million. More than 111,000 winning tickets were sold for the $500 million jackpot drawing on Feb. 11, totaling more than $3.6 million in prizes. Powerball drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. Research all current and past winning numbers here at MOLottery.com.
