ICE HOUSE IS HOT HOUSE FOR INSTANT WINNERS

A Macon man is the sixth Missouri Lottery player in the past five months to win a large prize on a Scratchers ticket bought at the Ice House in Macon. Jeffrey DeBoer, 38, uncovered at $3,000 prize on a "Mega Slots" Scratchers ticket he purchased there on Saturday night.
DeBoer, who works at Con Agra Frozen Foods in Macon, said he stopped for gasoline and redeemed a $7 winning Lottery ticket. He used his winnings to buy three $1 Scratchers tickets and two $2 "Mega Slots" Scratchers tickets. The second "Mega Slots" ticket was the big winner.
DeBoer plans to use some of his winnings to pay off a bill and put the rest away for a "rainy day."
On April 20, Jesse Simons of Macon uncovered a $10,000 prize on a "Casino Royale" Scratchers ticket he bought at Ice House. Four other prizes - two $3,000 prizes, a $5,000 prize and a $1,000 prize - have been sold at the store since December.
