Story Photo A supervisor from Arnold, won $25,140 in cash and prizes on the Missouri Lottery’s "Fun & Fortune" television game show, which aired this past weekend. Tom Pepper, 36, competed in the show’s "9 Ball" preliminary round where he won $5,431 and a seat in the "$10,000 Championship" round. During the later round, Pepper won $10,000 but opted to risk losing half or increasing it to possibly $250,000 in the "Mega Multiplier" bonus round. In that round, Pepper won a brand new Ford F150 truck, bringing his total winnings to date to $25,140 in cash and prizes. He will return again next week as the champion. Pepper purchased his qualifying ticket at Stop N Go, 6065 Lemay Ferry in St. Louis. The store received $951.50, an amount equal to 5 percent of Pepper’s winnings, for selling the qualifying ticket. The other contestants and their winnings from last weekend’s show are: -Mike Martin, Florissant, won $8,858 & $500 worth of Citgo cash cards; -Tim Buddemeyer, Washington, won $800; -Maher David, St. Charles, won $700; -Lynda "Fred" Johnson, Neosho, won $700 and $300 worth of "Triple Cash" Scratchers tickets; -Linda Schweiger, St. Louis (63123)*, won $600. Nine home partners won a total of $2,800 on the show. Florian Thiring, Manchester, won $1,000; Laura Fretwell, Alton, won $876; Mary Fisher, Lee’s Summit, won $544; Heather Charbauski, Alton, won $80; Cathleen Hercules, Shelbina, and George Herbert, St. Louis (63118)*, each won $70; Kevin Jobey, Kansas City, won $60; Lida Bussard, Republic, and Barbara Calhoon, Centralia, each won $50.
