$21.1 Million in Lottery Proceeds Transferred to Education

Today, the Missouri Lottery transferred $21.1 million to the Lottery Proceeds Fund for public education. The monthly transfer of $21,119,924 is based on Lottery tickets sales in September, and it brings the total for fiscal year 2015 to $81.9 million.

Since Missouri Lottery sales started in 1986, the Lottery has generated more than $4.9 billion for the state and public education. Programs funded in FY15 include the A+ Scholarship Program, the Foundation Program and Access Missouri.                                                                                                     Scratchers To Expire by End of Year

Prizes in six Scratchers games will expire in the next couple months. The games and expiration dates are:

• Game 876, “Black Pearls,” – expires Oct. 20;
• Game 881, “$750,000 Taxes Paid,” – expires Nov. 3;
• Game 012, “Duck Dynasty,” – expires Nov. 10;
• Game 932, “Triple Win,” – expires Dec. 1;
• Game 920, “Deuces Wild,” – expires Dec. 8; and
• Game 930, “Aces High,” – expires Dec. 8.
