A St. Louis woman won $50,000 playing the Missouri Lottery. Doris Tolbert purchased the winning “Diamond Dollars” Scratchers ticket at QuikTrip, 100 Bourbeuese River Access, in Union. She claimed her prize at the St. Louis Lottery office on Sept. 2.
