A St. Charles woman is thinking about not working so hard after winning $100,000 from the Missouri Lottery. In fact, Karen Blecher is even considering quitting one of her jobs. Blecher, 53, won $100,000 on a “50X The Cash” Scratchers ticket she bought at QuikTrip, 11525 Dorsett Road, in Maryland Heights. She claimed the prize at the St. Louis Lottery office on July 28. It’s a location she’s been lucky at before.

“One of the other QuikTrip managers was telling me that place was dried up,” said Blecher. “I’ve won on tickets there before, and I got a little feeling I should go back.”

She said the win would make her debt-free, with a chance to save a little.

50X The Cash” is a $10 game that officially began Dec. 30, 2013. The game features a top prize of $1 million. To date, more than $17 million in prizes, including two top prizes, remain in the game. Track prizes remaining for any Missouri Lottery Scratchers game here at MOLottery.com.
