$20.9 Million Generated for Public Education in April

The Missouri Lottery today sent more than $20.9 million to the Lottery Proceeds Fund for public education.  The monthly transfer, based on Lottery tickets sales in April, totaled $20,962,682, and it brings the amount sent to education during the current fiscal year to more than $246 million.

Since Missouri Lottery sales started in 1986, the Lottery has generated more than $4.8 billion for the state and public education. Programs funded in FY14 include the A+ Scholarship Program, the Foundation Program and Access Missouri.                                                                                      Several Scratchers to Expire in May, June

A total of 13 Missouri Lottery Scratchers games will expire in the next two months. The games are:

• Game 646, “$250,000 Mega Cash,” – expires May 12;
• Game 874, “Triple Winning 7s,” – expires May 12;
• Game 886, “Power 8s,” – expires May 12;
• Game 884, “$25,000 Safe Cracker,” – expires June 2;
• Game 919, “Bingo Multiplier,” – expires June 2;
• Game 922, “$100,000 Crossword Doubler,” – expires June 9;
• Game 925, “Fast $100s,” – expires June 9;
• Game 928, “$50,000 Crossword Extra,” – expires June 9;
• Game 895, “MONOPOLY™,” – expires June 16;
• Game 907, “Golden 7s,” – expires June 16;
• Game 908, “Wild $25s,” – expires June 16;
• Game 918, “Harley-Davidson®,” – expires June 16; and
• Game 943, “Ghostbusters™,” – expires June 30.
