Black Jack Man Claims Lotto Prize

A man from Black Jack claimed the $1.15 million Lotto prize from the Feb. 15 Missouri Lottery drawing. Larry Lacey presented the winning ticket at the St. Louis Lottery office on March 31. Lacey purchased his winning ticket at Black Jack Firestone, 4895 Parker Road, in St. Louis. He used Quick Pick to select his winning numbers. The winning numbers for the Feb. 15 Lotto drawing were:  7, 8, 11, 16, 18 and 40.

There were two winning tickets sold for the Feb. 15 drawing, splitting the $2.3 million jackpot. The other ticket was sold at Larry J’s in St. Louis and was claimed by an Illinois man in February.

Lotto is a twice-weekly Draw Game with jackpots that start at $1 million. There have been 223 jackpots awarded in Lotto, the longest running Missouri Lottery Draw Game. To date, the Missouri Lottery has created more than 400 millionaires.
