A retired electrician from Lakeview, Ark., can start making some plans for his Missouri Lottery windfall after finding out his Show Me Cash ticket for March 21 was worth $95,000. Leo Zak, 83, said he goes to the Pioneer Store, 5244 S. State Highway 125, in Protem a couple times a week and buys Lottery tickets.
“I go there mostly for Lottery, but I also buy stuff for the guys that run the ferry,” he said.
Though Zak isn’t sure what he will do with the prize money, he teased that it was “better than a kick in the rear end.”
“I don’t know,” he said. “I’m going to have to play it by ear.”
Zak let the computer select his lucky numbers. They were: 1, 4, 13, 24 and 27.
