St. Louis Cardinals fans might be envious when they learn that a Buffalo man won the first of 10 season ticket packages available in the Missouri Lottery’s “St. Louis Cardinals” Scratchers game. Blake Swain, 50, uncovered the prize on a ticket he bought at PXP Kountry Package, 819 Red Top Road in Buffalo, on March 19.

Although the package is for next season, Swain is already preparing for the games.

“My girlfriend will definitely want to go to some games with me,” Swain began. “I have two twin daughters, so they might go to some games, too.”

Swain, who is originally from California, teased that he is “really more of a Los Angeles Angels fan,” but he’s still looking forward to enjoying his prize, and the perks that go along with the package, at Busch Stadium.

The 2015 season ticket package includes two tickets to home games during the regular season, $1,500 Cardinals® Cash and a season-long parking pass.

“I’m feeling pretty good,” he added, while claiming his prize at the Lottery’s Springfield office.

St. Louis Cardinals” is a $5 ticket with three top prizes of $75,000. In addition to the top prizes, players can also win season ticket packages, merchandise prizes and cash.
