A Kansas City woman "found Lucky the Dog" on the symbol completing the top prize game board in the Missouri Lottery’s "Lost in Luckytown" summer promotion to win a 2001 Mustang GT convertible. Helen Phillips, 48, said she needed a car, since she didn’t have one. She said she had been using her husband’s car for transportation. Hundreds of prizes from trips to the Bahamas to $50 packs of Scratchers tickets have been redeemed, and hundreds more have yet to be won in the Missouri Lottery’s "Lost in Luckytown" summer promotion. To participate in the promotion, players collect game pieces that can be found on three Scratchers games: "Lucky the Dog," "Lucky Gold" and "Money, Money, Money." Players then place the pieces on a Luckytown game board found in retail locations to match and win. The game pieces are in addition to the regular cash prizes awarded in the games.
