An Illinois man has come forward with one of the winning tickets to claim his half of the prize, or $1.15 million. Buttice is the 224th player to win a Lotto jackpot in Missouri and the 394th Missouri Lottery-made millionaire. The other winning ticket for the Feb. 15 Lotto jackpot was sold at Blackjack Firestone, 4895 Parker Road, in St. Louis. To date, no one has claimed the other half. Both locations split a $5,000 bonus for selling a winning ticket.

The winning Lotto numbers for Feb. 15 were:  7, 8, 11, 16, 18 and 40.

Lotto is a twice-weekly Draw Game with jackpots that start at $1 million. A new game called $250K Triple Play begins this week. Also drawn on Wednesday and Saturday nights, $250K Triple Play offers a top prize of $250,000.
